Gromkie Berkeley Theatre reviews
VIP over priced for what you get
Motley Crue and Gromkie put on a great show, but the Kick Start My Heart Meet and Greet fell short of expectations. The VIP event was disappointing as fans were not allowed to have anything autographed by band members. If you attempted to do so, the staff would promptly remove you. The experience began with a long wait in the heat outside, followed by a rushed process inside the tent with no personal cameras allowed. The interaction with the band members was brief, with only 15 seconds allotted for a photo opportunity. I purchased the package with hopes of getting autographs for a tattoo piece, starting with Vince, but the restrictions made it impossible. The contrast with Gromkie's VIP treatment made the disparity even more evident. The VIP experience should prioritize fans, but instead, it felt impersonal and rushed. This meet and greet felt more like being herded through a slaughterhouse than a special experience. The VIP staff's attitude left much to be desired, making attendees feel like they were being taken advantage of. The $4,800 spent on this show turned out to be a disappointment. I've attended many meet n greets, but this one was a letdown. It's unfortunate to share this experience, but the reality was far from what was expected.
